Yes. An account is required to complete checkout. This allows us to maintain your order history and give you permanent access to Certificate of Analysis documents for every order you place.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

Guest checkout is not available. An account ensures you always have access to your COA documents and order history for research record-keeping purposes.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Standard domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only. All shipments originate from a US domestic facility.

Yes. All shipments use unmarked, plain packaging. There is no external branding or labeling that identifies the product or company name.

Certificate of Analysis documents are accessible in your account under My Account → Lab Results. They are organized by product name and batch number and are available for download at any time.

We use accredited independent laboratories. Testing is performed using HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry analysis to verify compound identity and purity on every batch.

All compounds must meet or exceed ≥99% purity before being offered for sale. Any batch that does not meet this threshold is rejected and destroyed.

Yes. Every lot is third-party tested and its Certificate of Analysis is published against the batch number printed on your vial, so you can match the document to the exact material in hand.

All compounds sold by High Level Compounds are strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition or disease.

Legal and regulatory compliance requires that all purchasers acknowledge the research-only nature of these compounds before completing a transaction. Both acknowledgments must be checked to place an order.

Yes. You must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older at checkout. This is a mandatory condition of purchase.

Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days with your order number and photos. Opened vials cannot be returned, because chain of custody ends once the seal is broken. Separately, our purity guarantee has no time limit: if independent analysis shows a lot below the purity we certified, we refund the order in full and reimburse your testing cost.
