High Level Compounds is a registered trade name of Near South Capital Holdings LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008094717), trading as High Level Compounds under a trade name registered in Maryland. In these Terms, "HLC", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Near South Capital Holdings LLC. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and that entity.
All compounds sold by HLC are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or health condition.
By purchasing any product from HLC, you expressly confirm:
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from HLC. By placing an order, you certify that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified and to report suspected violations to appropriate authorities.
To purchase products, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. HLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel accounts at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from any jurisdiction where the purchase, possession, or use of our products may be restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. HLC does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or current.
Each product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party laboratory. COA documents reflect the batch tested and may vary slightly between production lots.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be displayed at checkout.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize HLC to charge the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees. All transactions are processed securely by our payment processor.
HLC reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will provide a full refund for any cancelled order.
We ship exclusively within the United States. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days from order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. HLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
All shipments use plain, protective laboratory packaging with no external branding indicating product contents.
Purity guarantee. We publish a measured purity figure for every lot. If material from one of our lots is independently analysed and falls below the purity we certified, we refund the order in full including shipping, and reimburse the cost of testing. This applies with no time limit and does not require return of the vial.
Due to the nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. Unused, sealed products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at your preference.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Level Compounds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
