Shipping and Delivery Policy for High Level Compounds

Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship to any address outside the United States. It is your responsibility to make sure products may be legally received where you live.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the next business day.
Carriers
We ship with USPS. We may use UPS for some orders.

Free shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders to U.S. addresses.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can make delivery take longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number at the address you gave at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the order once you have paid the cost of reshipping. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, we will refund the order less the postage we paid to ship it and have it returned.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@highlevelcompounds.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, please see our Refund and Returns Policy for how to report it.
