Refund and Returns Policy for High Level Compounds

All sales are final
Because research materials cannot be returned to inventory once they leave our facility, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, opened or unopened. The only exceptions are the three set out below.
1. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the outer packaging and the vial. Please do not send anything back until we reply. We will ship a replacement or refund the affected items, whichever you prefer.
2. Wrong item or quantity
If the compound, fill size, batch number, or quantity you received does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at our cost and arrange collection of the original.
3. Purity Guarantee
Every lot is independently tested, and its measured purity is published on the batch Certificate of Analysis. If testing by an independent, accredited laboratory shows that your material is below the certified purity, we will refund the full order and reimburse your testing cost. There is no time limit, and you do not need to return the vial. Send us your order number, batch number, and the laboratory report.
How to make a claim
Email support@highlevelcompounds.com with your order number, batch number, and a description of the issue, plus photos or a laboratory report where applicable. We respond within one business day.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit. If you have not received it after that, contact us.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. This policy does not warrant the suitability of any product for a particular research application.
